Yes, depending on my availability to do so.

What can I expect in a phone consultation?

A phone consultation is a brief phone call that gives us the opportunity to determine if it would be a good fit for us to work together. Usually we discuss what interests you in the potential of us working together, check-in about previous experiences with therapy if applicable, and identify any desired changes from engaging in therapy. This is a chance for you to ask any questions you may have and to learn more about my approach for working with people.

How long do I have to participate in therapy?

We can determine the answer to this question together, as it depends on a few different variables.

Are you doing in-person therapy sessions?

At this time, I am offering phone or video virtual therapy sessions, on a secure platform.
